Since 2005, we have been producing high-quality products designed mainly for the automotive and electronics industry.
Design and contruction of tools
Using the latest CAD/CAM software Creo + simulation program Click2Cast, we perform analysis, design and optimization of foundry tools technology in close cooperation with the customer.
ABOUT US
The company's core activity is the production of foundry tools, die and gravitational casting, predominantly of aluminium alloys.
The team of experts with years of experience uses the latest CAD/CAM software Creo for analysis, design and technical processing of moulds.
The offer also includes a simulation of casting using Click2Cast software and based on the results we realize the design and optimisation of the casting technology.
Production quality is supported by powerful CNC and EDM technologies and experienced staff for final grinding, polishing and adjusting of tools.
In addition to our main activity, we also provide the production of 3D shape prototypes - master models, cutting tools and technological jigs.
The company's goal is to provide the customer with quality services, flexibility and accuracy of technological know-how.
100% adherence to the tool production schedule is a matter of course.
